A fairy with wings so small

Lived on a cloud above us all

Nothing special just so simple

No striking feature, no cute dimple

So common like the others

But with a gift of ample of brothers

So was always restricted and bound

With chains imaginary was surrounded

Bit still life was for her beautiful

For someone her heart with love, was full

Moon, was the one, whom she admired

For him, to be her love she desired

But one day she thought

She was surely someone out of the lot

She thought she was better than the rest

As moonlight for her, shone, the best

So she started to think

Her dream came true in a wink

She thought the moon too shared

The feelings same, and about her he cared

One day she told the bluebell, this

All her dreams just disappeared in a fizz

Bluebell said, for everyone he shone evenly

It doesn’t meant he thought of her, lovingly

Again the fairy was heartbroken

Hopes of hers were shattered and shaken

But she wiped her tears and said

She would wait for him, till roses were red

From that very moment started the wait

End of which depended on her fate

Up came thr sun & down he went

But till now no messages were sent

She waited and waited for him long

God top believed it wasn’t a Shepard’s song

He too bowed before this love

So to her, as a sign, he sent a dove

Following the dove came the moon

Fairy was no longer a solitary loon

He said to her, “ I love you.”

Heavenly was truly the view

He took her hand and up they went

Love was in the air, a message they sent

It was proved, love was the power

Flowers and stars on them were showered

From that day on, besides the moon is a star

And they spread the light of love wide and far.
